Don't let Sport Injuries Hold You Back

Participating in sports, whether recreational or professional, can have a large impact on your body. Playing sports is enjoyable and promotes healthy living. However, we have to take many precautions to avoid injuries and take the necessary time to have the injuries treated. Treating these injuries should happen as soon as possible, to reduce the risk of worsening the injury, losing play time, and to keep rehabilitation as short as possible. Your first appointment after your sport injuries will be no different from a chiropractic assessment. You will be asked specific questions related to your particular sport or even to demonstrate some movements. Your ChiroPlus expert will conduct a focused orthopedic assessment to determine the root cause of your injury and symptoms. Your diagnosis and treatment plan will be discussed to get you back to play sooner than later!

Depending on the injury, treatment may consist of physical modalities, hands-on care, but most importantly specific rehabilitative exercises to help you return to function and prevent future injuries!
